Viewing and Managing Government Offices in Your Portfolio

Modified on Fri, Jun 20 at 4:03 PM

The Government Offices page allows you to view, filter, and manage all government offices tied to your account.

At the top of your screen, there is a banner that defaults to Recommended/Suggested Government Offices based on your portfolio and geographic location.

To the right of the banner, you’ll see additional buttons:

  • Closest to Me – Displays government offices nearest to your current location.
  • New Offices – Shows newly added offices to EscrowCloud.
  • View All – Provides a complete list of all tax offices using EscrowCloud.

These quick-access buttons help you explore additional government offices that may be relevant to you.

Filtering and Searching

On the right-hand side of the screen, you’ll find filter options. Use these to search for a government office by name, State, or Season Status. Results will update based on your selections.

My Government Offices

Here you will see your portfolio’s government offices listed. Each entry includes:

County and State (e.g., Auglailze County, OH)

Specific Location (e.g., Wapakoneta, OH)

For each listed office, you’ll also see:

Alert Button – Displays any important notices.

Task Button – Shows tasks that need to be completed.

View Government Office Button – Takes you directly to the detailed office page.

To the right of each office entry:

The number of items (parcels) associated with that office is shown.

If the office is in escrow season, you will see your balance and a Pay button to make escrow payments.

If the office is in mortgage registration season, you’ll see a Register Items option under “My Items.”
