Manage Banking Preferences

Please Note: Banking details are masked for security. Only government employees with proper permissions (Main Contact) can view or edit full account and routing numbers. 

 

Under your user profile, click on "Banking Preferences".




Add Payment Method for All Payers:

 

Depending on payment method you are adding, click on "Enable Wire/ACH/or Check Payments" button.

Select radio button for "All Payers".



Fill out any required fields (i.e.: Bank Name, Address, Account Number, etc.) Add any Payment Instructions you might have for your payers (this field is optional but if used, might help reduce payer calls).


Click on "Save Changes" button to get the information updated in your account.



Add Payment Method for Specific Payers Only:

 

To add a payment method that is allowed for a specific payer only:

 

Depending on payment method you are adding, click on "Enable Wire/ACH/or Check Payments" button.

Select radio button for "Specific Payers". Select payers from dropdown.



Fill out any required fields (i.e.: Bank Name, Address, Account Number, etc.) Add any Payment Instructions you might have for your payers (this field is optional but if used, might help reduce payer calls).




Click on "Save Changes" button to get the information updated in your account.

 

Edit Payment Method:


Click the "Edit" button next to payment method you want to modify. 


Make your changes to any required fields (i.e.: Bank Name, Address, Account Number, etc.) Add any Payment Instructions you might have for your payers (this field is optional but if used, might help reduce payer calls).



Click on "Save Changes" button to get the information updated in your account.

 

Delete Payment Method:


Click the "Edit" button next to payment method you want to delete. 


 

Select "No Payers" radio button and click "Save Changes".
