The Data Details section displays key information related to the available data. The Download History section displays a record of downloaded files, including who downloaded them, the download date, and provides a link to download each file again.

File Definitions:

Original Billing Data File:

The tax file or tax roll exactly as received from the tax office or software vendor.

Basic Billing Data File:

A standardized Autoagent file created uniformly for all tax offices. It includes tax information for the current installment only.

All Installments Billing Data File:

A standardized Autoagent file created uniformly for all tax offices. It provides tax information for all installments offered by the tax office for the current year only.

Extended Billing Data File:

A standardized Autoagent file created uniformly for all tax offices. It includes tax information for all installments provided by the tax office, along with additional data, if available. Examples of additional data include:

  • Prior year delinquent flags
  • Full details of prior year delinquencies
  • Tax sale flags
  • Exempt flags
  • Tax Deed flags
  • Foreclosure flags
  • Bankruptcy flags
  • Other relevant flags

Delinquency Billing Data File:

A standardized Autoagent file created uniformly for all tax offices. It contains information on prior year taxes with outstanding balances, as provided by the tax office.

The data may be broken down by year or combined into one amount. If combined, the reflected year is the current tax year minus one. Current year unpaid taxes are not included in the delinquent file until new tax year information is added to the received file. As a result, after the official due date of a tax year, unpaid current year taxes remain in the current file until the new year information is processed.
