The Government Offices page allows you to view, filter, and manage all government offices tied to your account.
At the top of your screen, there is a banner that defaults to Recommended/Suggested Government Offices based on your portfolio and geographic location.
To the right of the banner, you’ll see additional buttons:
- Closest to Me – Displays government offices nearest to your current location.
- New Offices – Shows newly added offices to EscrowCloud.
- View All – Provides a complete list of all tax offices using EscrowCloud.
These quick-access buttons help you explore additional government offices that may be relevant to you.
When viewing these lists of government offices, you'll see an “Add Government Office” button next to each office. Clicking this button allows you to instantly add that tax office to your portfolio.
Once added, a notification is automatically sent to the government office, letting them know you've added them.
Filtering and Searching
On the right-hand side of the screen, you’ll find filter options. Use these to search for a government office by name, State, or Season Status. Results will update based on your selections.
Exporting a Report
To generate a report of your government offices:
Click the Export button.
Choose either Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) format.
The exported report will include key office details.
My Government Offices
Here you will see your portfolio’s government offices listed.
Use the drop-down menu to switch between different viewing options based on your preference.
View as List:
All Government Offices attached to your portfolio will display and each entry includes:
County and State (e.g., Auglaize County, OH)
Specific Location (e.g., Wapakoneta, OH)
For each listed office, you’ll also see:
Alert Button – Displays any important notices.
Task Button – Shows tasks that need to be completed.
View Government Office Button – Takes you directly to the detailed office page.
To the right of each office entry:
The number of items (parcels) associated with that office is shown.
If the office is in escrow season, you will see your balance and a Pay button to make escrow payments.
If the office is in mortgage registration season, you’ll see a Register Items option under “My Items.”

Remove the Office from Your Portfolio
View as Downloads:
When you select View as Downloads from the drop-down menu, you’ll see a breakdown of all government offices in your portfolio, along with key details for each one: the total number of items connected, the tax file year currently in use, the percentage payable, and the date of the last data file update.
View as Calendar:
When you select View as Calendar from the drop-down menu, you’ll see a monthly view of all government offices in your portfolio along with their important due dates for Mortgage Registrations and Escrow Payments.
