My Government Offices - My Items Tab

Modified on Mon, Jun 23 at 10:09 AM

The My Items tab displays all of the parcels (items) you currently have in your portfolio for the selected tax office. This is your workspace for managing mortgage registrations/escrow payments, reviewing parcel details, resolving issues, and generating reports.

What You’ll See in the My Items Tab:

1. Invalid Items Notification
If any of your items are marked invalid, a message will appear at the top of the page. You’ll see a clickable "Resolve" button that allows you to resolve the issue immediately.

2. Action Buttons

  • Register/Pay – Make a Mortgage Registration/Escrow Payment to tax office (what displays depends on the tax office's current stage in their collections)
  • Add - Search and Add Item to your portfolio OR Upload an Item List (Not available on Free Plan)
  • Bulk Actions – Use this to perform selective actions on multiple parcels at once.
  • Reports – Export results to Excel or CSV, or access other available reports.

3. Your Items List

This area displays a full list of your items (parcels) providing important information including:

  • My Item
    • Parcel number
    • Owner name
    • Property address

Note: The fields and details displayed are based on the billing data provided by the tax office, so they may vary.

  • My Reference Number (If applicable)
  • Balance Selection
  • Payment Due

Parcel-Level Actions (Right Side of Each Parcel):

Each parcel row includes three buttons on the right-hand side:

  1. Item Info – Opens detailed information about the parcel, including:
    • Item data
    • Balance information
    • Billing data history
    • Payment history
  2. Edit – Allows you to enter or update internal information such as:
    • Reference number

    • Managed payer
  3. Delete – Removes the item from your portfolio.
Note: Deleted items are stored in the Deleted Bucket until the subscription for that item expires.
