Terminology Updates
To align with industry standards, we’ve updated some terms you’ll see in the platform:
- Pre-Commitments are now called Mortgage Registrations. These allow tax offices to flag parcels for billing suppression or update coding before payment season.
- Commitments are now referred to as Escrow Payments, reflecting payments made through EscrowCloud.
- My Parcels is now My Items, since not all items paid are parcels.
- Sub-Payers are now called Managed Payers, to better describe the feature.
General Updates
We’ve streamlined the interface to make your experience easier:
- The filter bar has moved to the right side of the screen.
- Payment instructions and the submission screen are now combined into one view.
- Parcel uploads are now consolidated under My Items, reducing the number of steps.
- Report downloads are now grouped into a single dropdown menu for simpler navigation.

New Tax Office Timelines
Users get visual insight into what phase every office is in and when the next one begins to gain enhanced awareness of key deadlines.
Your dashboard provides enhanced alerts for critical items needing attention to clean up your tax season for a given agency. This will reduce your need to click through tabs to ensure all critical actions for your parcels are taken care of timely.
A My Tasks section now consolidates your critical upcoming actions for each tax season for you to access individually in one place based on their due dates.
Your New Interface
Here are some key adjustments to be aware of and how they best assist you!
Tax Office details are more visible within each tax office for your awareness:
New office suggestions are at your fingertips on your landing page which you can sort for your convenience
Adding and adjusting parcels has never been easier with the updated interface. The my items tab now allows you to updated parcels and update balances separately. The reports drop down has also consolidated for all your parcel data needs.
