My Managed Payers

Property Management Companies and Tax Servicers handle payments for numerous customers. These entities can manage their customers in Autoagent under the My Managed Payers Tab.

 

On your EscrowCloud Page, click on “My Managed Payers”.



Add Manually:

If you are adding one, or a few, this can be completed manually by clicking on “Add New Payer”.


Fill in the required fields and click “Add Payer”.


 

Add in Bulk:

If you are adding customers in bulk, this can be completed by clicking on “Import” and upload your spreadsheet.

 


To ensure your spreadsheet meets our specifications, you can view the specifications by clicking on “Specifications”. Either drag or drop your file into the box to upload your spreadsheet into Autoagent.

  



Modify/Remove a Managed Payer:

To modify one of your Managed Payers, simply click the pencil icon next to the payer’s name.


This will open up the editable fields, allowing you to update any of the payer's details.

Once complete, click "Update Payer" to save details. 




To remove a payer, click the red trash can icon next to their record.

You can export a full list of your Managed Payers by clicking the Export button at the top of the screen. This will download the list in either Excel or CSV format for your convenience.
