By default, your account includes two lists:
- Escrowed
- Non-escrowed
You can add, edit, delete these lists by going to Profile > Manage Items Lists.
Your lists and their item counts can be viewed here. You can create a new list by clicking +Create New List.
Enter the name of your list in the field and click Create List.
To edit an existing list, click the three dots next to the list and select Edit List.
Make changes in field and click Save Changes.
To delete an existing list, click the three dots next to the list and select Delete List.
Deleting a list will prompt you to move your items to another list.

Adding New Items to a List
When Adding an Item Individually:
- During the add-item process, use the “Select list to add item to” dropdown.
- Choose Escrowed or Non-escrowed before purchasing a subscription.
When Uploading Items in Bulk:
- Use the “Upload items to a selected list” option.
- Select Escrowed or Non-escrowed before uploading.
Adding Existing Items to a List
For an existing portfolio with no new items being added, you can still organize the current items into the appropriate list.
To Move Individual Items:
- Check the box next to each item you want to move.
- Click the Bulk dropdown.
- Select “Move selected items to a list.”
4. In the pop-up window, select Escrowed or Non-escrowed from the dropdown.
5. Click Move.
To Move All Items:
- Click the Bulk dropdown.
- Select “Move all items to a list.”

Filtering Lists
To filter your view:
- Use the filters on the right-hand side of your screen.
- Select either Escrowed or Non-escrowed to view only the items in that list

Using Lists to Make Payments
When it's time to make a payment, you can pay using lists either from the My Government Offices Overview page or from the My Items page within the specific government office.
My Government Offices Overview Page:
From the My Government Offices Overview Page, click the Pay Items button next to the government office you wish to make a payment to.
Select the list (Escrowed or Non-escrowed) you want to pay from.
Click "Continue to Funding Details" to proceed to make your payment using only the items in that selected list.
My Items Page:
From the My Items Page, use the filters on the right to select the list you want to pay from. The payment screen will update based on your selection. Once filtered, click "Pay".
Click "Continue to Review Escrow Payment" to proceed with making your payment.
